With everything under one roof, junk removal is a natural part of most moves. Whether you are moving with us or not, we can look after all of your junk removal needs. We offer full-service options that include everything in the price except taxes. The price you pay covers labour, junk removal, sweeping up, transportation and mileage and disposal fees. It's that easy!
Best Practices
We believe in what we like to call "Responsible Junk Removal." We all have to look after our environment and that starts with making sure that we keep as much refuse and unwanted items out of our landfills. That begins with ensuring that items removed are sorted throughout the entire process and disposed of properly. We recycle everything we can and more. Good items such as furniture are given a second lease on life and donated to charity. Clothing that is clean and in good condition is dropped off to collection bins. Electronics are carefully sorted and recycled through the appropriate sources.
Residential
From detached homes to townhouses and condominiums, we'll go just about anywhere. Clean a garage, tidy a shed empty a crawl space. Whether it's vacant home, old home, new house or cottage, we've got you covered.
Commercial
Big or small we do them all. Industrial units, store fronts, storage lockers, offices and even warehouses.

Pricing
The minimum price for junk removal is $149.00 or the equivalency of a ¼ truck load. Pricing for junk removal includes all labour, removal of the item(s), sweeping up, transportation and mileage and disposal fees.
A deposit of $149.00 is required for all junk removal bookings on a valid VISA or Mastercard. When the crew arrives, they will confirm the size of the load based on viewing all of the items you want removed. They will tell you the final cost based on the on-site inspection. If you're happy with that then it's time to get to work!
HST is applicable on all bookings and final invoices. Clients will be mailed a copy of their final invoice upon final payment.
Pricing for junk removal is based on the amount of space you take up in the truck. To keep things simple, we have 4 load sizes. Heavy Load items are priced higher due to the increase costs for disposal.

*Please note that for heavy items such as sand, gravel etc., the maximum height of the entire load cannot surpass 1 ft due to the weight. If required, multiple trips will be done.
Billing & Payment Options
To book your junk removal a deposit of $149.00 is due at the time of booking. This is the minimum cost of removal. Final payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard and is due on the day of removal. HST is applicable on all deposits and final invoices.

FAQ
How long does it normally take?
This depends of course on the amount of items to be removed and the location of them in your home. An average ¼ truck load will take approximately 30-45 minutes, including sweeping up.
Where does the junk go?
We pride ourselves on Responsible Junk Removal. This means that we carefully sort items as we load the truck to ensure that we can maximize all items for recycling. Goods items, such as furniture, may be donated to local charities. Any items for disposal are divided into their respective categories, such as wood or metals, and taken to the local transfer station.
Are you insured?
Yes. All employees are insured and bonded. In addition, we are registered with WSIB. This insures that both they and you are protected while they work at your property. We carry all require safety equipment we need, such as helmets, gloves, eye protection and/or masks.
Can you remove appliances?
Yes. Appliances are taken to the local transfer station and recycled. No appliances are ever disposed of in to landfill.
